FALL

In the spirit of this amazing autumn season, I am changing the look of my blog for a few months to celebrate. The color is brilliant everywhere and the sun and blue skies make our mountains appear on fire. It's been a beautiful week and I have felt SO blessed to live in such spectacular surroundings. We have two of the best kept secrets in the SL valley right here close to home - parks where I take the kids that are such gems I finally took my camera this week to get some pics to remember how breathtaking these mountains we call home truly are. Here are the pics from Monday's outing . . .

Liza and friend Gracie enjoying lunch in spectacular Granite Park - such a fun bike ride down on Monday.

The playground

Amazing views of Little Cottonwood and Bell's Canyon
Bike, scooter, roller-blade trails around the park.

Coming back home . . . our neighborhood in full autumn splendor - LOVE IT!

That is gorgeous. Guess it makes up for all the people/smog/traffic.

I am so jealous. It is cold here in NC, but there is no changing of the leaves.. at least not yet.. I don't know if they are going to change or what the seasons are like out here except that it was super hot and now gets super cold.
I posted a picture on my blog that I think you'll get a kick out of... Mason with his lawnmower that you gave him... it's on the post titled Buddies. Let me know what you think.
Love ya

You are so lucky to live where you can enjoy the changing seasons "up close and personal..."

Hi Julie! Your Fall pictures are beautiful. I love your blog. Your kids have grown so much. We've come a long way since riding on scooters at BYU haven't we?
