Our Sophie is growing up.
It's been a good week with my girl . . .
Mother/Daughter book group with our Oakridge friends, watching a spectacular sunset together, making carmel corn, taking a bike ride, and relaxing on our front porch this evening - just the two of us, shooting the breeze and eating ice cream on our comfy new bench.

Funny you put that, because I have been feeling the exact same way about Kayla - our oldest. I really genuinely enjoy spending time with her! She is funny and fun, and kinda makes me feel like a teenager again. gotta love great kids, don't you?
